Many thanks to the following Pupils who kindly gave me some very fine Testimonials to show other future Pupils exactly what I stand for.
Very many thanks for your time and patience today and for getting the video to me so promptly. A really useful session giving me some valuable pointers to work on. Let’s say it’s work in progress, but I most certainly will be back to see you for follow up lesson over the coming weeks.
I also very much like your informal and friendly approach – excellent!!
Many thanks again and kindest regards,
Thanks too for a wonderful lesson – my swing at Cumberwell followed on from what you taught me really well. I got applause from my playing partners on 2 of the par 3s which landed on in regulation with lovely shots, one of which I birdied! The wind and slow greens got in the way of really good scoring so I did well but not enough points to win. Maybe next year!
See you soon.
” The great thing about Peter Dangerfield’s golf coaching techniques are
that he really understands your strengths and weaknesses and focuses on
simple step by step improvement techniques. As a relative novice and high
handicapper, my game has improved over the summer, thanks to Peter and my
handicap is on the way down”
Peter is an excellent teacher – his lessons are always tailored to a players
individual needs and he is encouraging and very patient with all levels of
golfers. Video and email feedback are available if required to help
re-enforce the points learnt during the lessons. Since enlisting Peters help
with my game some 18 months ago my handicap has come down by 9 shots to 18 –
money well spent!
“I recently decided that my short game was letting me down and decided to
seek help,One of my regular golfing partners suggested that I contact Peter
Dangerfield at Minchinhampton Golf Old Course.
I have so far had 4 lessons with Peter. He is engaging to work with and has
a good sense of funbut crucially he has a wealth of experience as a golf
professional both in the UK and abroad.
Peter has the gift of keeping his coaching simple and breaking down the
necessary steps into easily understood sections.
I saw an instant improvement in my pitching and chipping during my first
session. If only were it all so easy!
Whether you are new to golf or a low handicapper I have no hesitation in
recommending Peter as a terrific coach.”
Thank you for our course of lessons. I have found them very helpful,
particularly in my short game. You will remember that I had difficulty
getting my shots into the air but I am now much more able to launch the ball
and land it on the green.
I am also very grateful that you helped me to straighten my drives and cure
the awful hook (?) that I had. My drives are now much longer and far more
The best news of all is that my handicap has finally been cut by three shots
after being stagnant for several years.
I am enjoying playing far more now that I can steer the ball better and I
will certainly come back for more lessons as I like your relaxed style of
Frank and I have always enjoyed Peter’s lessons. Peter is an excellent coach as he tailors our natural abilities rather than moulding us into an impossible Ernie Els clone and we can relate to his teachings, so much so we have recommended him to several of our golfing colleagues. My handicap has already had the benefit by coming down 2 this year and I feel confident that with Peter’s guidance I can improve upon this. So carry on the good work
“I got into some terrible habits by reading and changing things myself. Peter has gradually straightened me out so that I feel competitive again. My handicap has stopped climbing and is now lower than it ever has been.I like his step by step approach and explanation of what needs to be done and why. It’s a very enjoyable journey! ”
Peter plans his tuition to suit the individual need of the pupils of all ages from six years whether an experienced player, a novice or all stages in between. He is interested in every individual, involves the pupil in his or her learning and keenly follows their progress and resulting success. Peter likes to use the latest technology in his teaching and emails information about swing and putting technique to the pupil for follow up work. Lessons take place in all weathers using the indoor academy and outdoor facilities. Whether pupils are receiving individual lessons, group lessons or a mixture of both they can be assured of a relaxed and encouraging approach which boosts confidence and leads to success.
Testament to Peter’s success as a Pro at Minchinhampton Old Course is that pupils come from far and wide to benefit from his expertise and experience.
Peter’s lessons have been excellent value being well paced, and helping produce a continued improvement in my game having started around a year ago. In particular having recently had a putting lesson using the new equipment I am now averaging 30 puts per round this month. Unlike Raj I’ve not yet embraced Facebook, although I have had a few requests recently – one day perhaps! Must book up the last lesson of current set sometime as well Cheers John
Peter provides a structured approach to teaching golf. I have tried a few different teaching professionals but feel very comfortable with Peter’s approach. He is always patient and provides a good summary at the end of the lesson and will start the next session with a brief review of the previous lesson.
Hi Peter I hope you are well. Just wanted email and thank you for helping me out this last month. I thought you’d like to know that I was able (mostly) to remember and apply all the changes you instructed me on and as a result won the competition you were helping me prepare for. I also won the longest drive and came 2nd on nearest the pin.. Moreover I am starting to enjoy actually playing much then before and it is without doubt due to the changes you made for me. Thank you. I believe I have 1 X more lessons I will be in touch soon. Kind regards. GLYN
